Wholesale Terms & Conditions

HOW TO ORDER:
You can either place order through our general shop page using the coupon code ‘WHOLESALE’ at check out. This will enable you to place an order with no upfront charges. When we have received your order we contact you to discuss any particulars and will send you a Rosehip & Wild Digital VAT invoice for the total charges including shipping where necessary (see below regarding shipping). Alternatively, you may send us a list of SKUs and quantities by email to info@rosehipandwild.com. We are happy to receive orders in an email.

STOCK:
If we are running low on stock according to the website please email us and we can arrange your order and adjust your invoice based on your needs.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
We currently do not have minimum orders, however all orders for new accounts must be paid upfront. If you are one of our returning stockists and wish to pay within 30 days, please contact us to amend your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late payment fee after 30 days.

PRICE:
Wholesale costs are 50% of retail price plus VAT.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 38 hours of placing the order by emailing info@rosehipandwild.com

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card, PAYPAL, BACS or cheque.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship, if we can deliver your order before this time due to stock levels we will inform you at the time of your order. Shipping and handling prices will be calculated and added to your invoice when the shipment is ready to be delivered.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
Many of our products are handmade and as such each product may vary slightly.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately on delivery. Please contact us at info@rosehipandwild.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged products. Returned products will be replaced with new products.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We only accept returns or exchanges according to the above conditions relating to defective products.

SALE OR RETURN:
At this time we are not offering sale or return however if you have a particular situation that you would like to propose to us please email info@rosehipandwild.com
